Chris NewbyFraser Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 The Giant RX Escape is an affordable road touring hybrid with a light Aluxx SL frame, lots of mud clearance space, a long frame for stability, lugs for a rear carrier, standard 28mm tyres and 'V' brakes (the one's that come standard, Tektro, are pathetic and need upgrading to Shimano Deore). If you fit cyclocross tyres this would be ideal.

I have impure thoughts about a RLT......I think you're right - well spotted. The BSB is carbon in these colours. I didn't notice this was alu and didn't know the RLT came in this black and red. I like.

Never knew they did the RLT in similar colours to the BSB. Thought it was just the blue/ white for the RLT and the black / red for the carbon BSB.
