Is this frame available in SA?

Pure pure CX that...

RLT a better option for the kind of gravel grinding most SA guys are doing with their CX bikes.

Unless you plan on hitting Grants CX Sundays hard   :D .

The Giant RX Escape is an affordable road touring hybrid with a light Aluxx SL frame, lots of mud clearance space, a long frame for stability, lugs for a rear carrier, standard 28mm tyres and 'V' brakes (the one's that come standard, Tektro, are pathetic and need upgrading to Shimano Deore). If you fit cyclocross tyres this would be ideal.

I think you're right - well spotted. The BSB is carbon in these colours. I didn't notice this was alu and didn't know the RLT came in this black and red. I like.

True, that is the alu version, more of a gravel grinder, where as the carbon version is cross orientated

I should actually stop all this googling, not good for me, but the Salsa Warbird is just as stunning with the frame being thru-axle front and rear; the RLT is normal QR

Not sure though if there is a distributer in SA

Yebo. Never knew they did the RLT in similar colours to the BSB. Thought it was just the blue/ white for the RLT and the black / red for the carbon BSB.

That's the new Warbird. S+J might be able to help.

Have a look at the new Santa Cruz Stigmata too...
