Vinnydabutcher Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 It is a PROPER hard ride. HTFU and do it. You can always walk the run leg if needed! BTW - I know someone looking for an entry but he cant do the full amount - can offer about R 400 if someone is looking to get out of theirs.

Entry is getting very expensive...right now I think it is borderline ok still but only because I love that race and we do always get some good goodie bags and it is well organized.

Got this from stillwater sports earlier: Important Swim InformationThe dam temperature is over 22 degrees celcius, which means that at this stage, no wetsuits will be permitted. If this changes, we will notify you.

MK Killer Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 I see temperature forecast is 37 degrees tomorrow! Anyone know if they have beefed up the water points? Last year (admittedly mid field)the last waterpoint was almost finished when we got there.
