MTBc Posted January 6, 2015 Share Just entered the Lite. No chance of being ready for the full at this point Lekker perks being a Fedhealth member too! A competition top, tri-top, free Spur burger + beer voucher, 20% discount on entry....
mtbgirlz Posted January 7, 2015 Share How tough is the ride on the full event. Had a sabbatical from riding in December and wondering if I'll manage?
Vinnydabutcher Posted January 7, 2015 Share It is a PROPER hard ride. HTFU and do it. You can always walk the run leg if needed! BTW - I know someone looking for an entry but he cant do the full amount - can offer about R 400 if someone is looking to get out of theirs. nochain Posted January 8, 2015 Share Entered..will be hard but can't wait One of the hardest 3 hours and some you can do! Entry is getting very expensive...right now I think it is borderline ok still but only because I love that race and we do always get some good goodie bags and it is well organized. lekker man Posted January 22, 2015 Share 2 days to go.... Gonna be a tough one as always! Wonder if it will be wetsuit legal? Nope, doubt it will be wetsuit legal. Got this from stillwater sports earlier: Important Swim InformationThe dam temperature is over 22 degrees celcius, which means that at this stage, no wetsuits will be permitted. If this changes, we will notify you.

MK Killer Posted January 23, 2015 Share I see temperature forecast is 37 degrees tomorrow! Anyone know if they have beefed up the water points? Last year (admittedly mid field)the last waterpoint was almost finished when we got there.
