So cycling isn't the only sport that has some issues

Fact. athletes is the biggest dopers not cyclist but athletes form America, china and Russia get away with it in most cases as there is almost no out of competition testing.

On News today: Kenyan marathon runners Viola Kimetto and Joyce Kiplimo have been banned for two years for doping, Athletics Kenya (AK) said Tuesday.

The bans follow the shock revelation in October that Rita Jeptoo, the world's current top female marathon runner, had also tested positive for banned drugs.

Most countries, including Ethiopia and Kenya, cannot afford an independent anti-doping agency. So they depend entirely on IAAF to oversee testing. (Because USADA is well funded and independent, IAAF only occasionally tests American runners away from competitions.) An allegation of corruption in the IAAF, then, means that the one agency keeping an eye on the world’s best runners has now lost its claim to independence and integrity.

Just about all sports unfortunately, cycling just does more testing than most and is not afraid (these days) to make it public.

Watched a documentary the other night on weightlifting. Those guys are seriously vrot!!

All pro athletes tread the fine line between cheating and "pushing the barriers"...

A friend of mine was involved with a Formula 1 team and used to tell me about how his team would "bend the rules"...
