best route to cullinan

Hi all

 

I want to do a 130km road ride on Tuesday morning leaving irene at 5am.

 

What is the best route with best roads to cullinan? What other goods routes head out that direction for 130km? I'm on the road bike.

Roads are good. Some sections have narrow shoulders! We normally ride on a Sunday as there are no busses. Just keep ears open and it will be fine.

Is this on road bikes or MTB, and what average speed to do want to do?

Hi guys

 

I'm thinking of doing a breakfast ride with a buddy to Cullinan, but taking a roundabout via the Kwamhlanga road, not straight on with the R513 (as far as I know there are still road works) - is this advisable, seeing as you will then pass by the informal settlement of Refilwe just North of Cullinan? And what bike (mtb/road)?
