I took both road and MTB to her and she did a lot of small tweeks on my shoes (in-steps for my high arches) down to seat height and cleat positioning. No more back pain on my road bike. Saddle was set so low that my knees pained so bad in the first 5km's that I could not stand on them. Had to get someone to come and fetch me. Sitting at home at the moment with massively sore knees.
