I have and it works well.

Problem is trying to get one.

They dont ship to SA, so you need to get them to send it to someone in the UK who can post it out for you, or wait for someone coming over.

Rather get a CSixx doubler .... you won't be sorry. Carbon, robust, works flawlessly - even in clay and mud.

I still run Triple and will replace it with a double only when that is cooked

Is it necessary to get one of the csixx guides if one has a clutch Derailleur?Haven't had any issues with my 1x10 as yet

Yea i dont have a clutch derailer so maybe i must rather spend the R700/R800 on a new derailer then.

This is my one, slightly newer version of what you've shown. Use it on my 1x10, not really needed with a NW chainring but keeps the chain out of the way. Very handy item if you have a pressfit BB and no mount for a chainguide. Quality product and not cheap, does not wear out quickly and this new one works in all directions to suit the chain movement through the gears.

Note: this is designed as a chainguide NOT a tensioner.
