Sean van Wyk Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 I have a Scott scale 960 2014 model... Very nice bike.. But I grew it out.. It is a L frame size and I need a XL.. So I started to look at the silverback Sola 2 2015 or the Momsen al 429 2015....Help is much appreciated.. Sean.
AlanD Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 I am no expert in any of the bike mentioned but from a quick search the Momsen does seem to have a few better parts than the Silverback...XT RD, SLX chainwheel, Rock Shox with RLC...Having said that is do prefer the look at the Suilverback. Also seems to be a bit of a price difference where the Momsem is more expensive hence the better parts.I guess my advice would be to by at the top of your budget if buying new but also browse the hub as there are lots of great deals.
