Bernard Horn Posted January 22, 2015 Posted January 22, 2015 This could be a long shot.On Sunday at about 2pm we were having a picknic just on the Houtbay side of the tollgate when a black and red 29'er stopped near us to make a phone call.What struck me was that the rider did not have a helmet on.Saw him again after he had turned left at the circle and after the bridge he took the 1st right.He did not have cycling kit on but had tights on under his shorts.Did not get the make of bike.
