arendoog Posted February 8, 2015 Share I remove one of my shoes studs and replace it with a bolt ,so i always have a spare .Once you have your cleats in the correct position .Use a hairdryer to heat the cleat and then tighten .Once it cools it wont losen again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
