Disc brake adapter for non disc brake frame

Hi all, anybody know where I can get a disc brake adapter for a non disc frame in Cape Town ? It's for an old GT arrowhead , dropouts are very similar if not the same as an old Zaskar.

I just put one of these on my cyclocross bike. Had to buy on eBay though, didn't take too long to get here.

Hey all, thanks for info, I've been checking the local bike stores and most of them don't know these exist.

 

Shaper - thanks a lot, I'll let you know how far I get, but most of the forums say the A2Z adapters tend to shift around and cause disc rub ?

 

Yusran - those adapters look quite robust, do they have a special name ?
