Song, been stuck on my mind all Day.I Wanna ROCK! Well I certainly got my Mojo back! I did a slight Detour, the road I thought of using is not Tarred. 297Km in wait for it... 14Hours! ! ! 21km/hour!Over 3400 meters climbing. Over 9000 Calories Weather was Great even with the Winds.Great viewsArrived back home safelyBody is tired, but I am still wide awakeStill managed to get some sprinting done on the home straight. I want to praise God for showing me I can perform against all the odds. I want to say Thank you for the capability I have to ride Endless miles on end.I want to say Thank you for showing me how to utilise the talent. Example, I have just completed 2 rides, +-300 each in 15hours with 2 days separating the two.I have done exactly four rides, no other training in the last 6 months. today's ride started of on 22km, first hour. Then 23km followed by 25km. On reaching 115km, Kleinmond, I could feel the wind pick up.The next section, 55km till the Villiersdorp turn of was ok ish.Taking the the Villiersdorp turn, I had a Heavy Cross/Head wind, giving me a very slow progress up and down the hills. Then when I took the Franshook turn off I again got a Cross/ Head wind, all through the pass.On leaving Franshook I could still feel the wind, but not as strong. I felt my progress was very slow but yet I had a much better ride than Thursday. Amen
