delko Posted May 16, 2015 Share Hi Guys. I have a pain in my left hip somewhere near the joint. I am almost certain it occurs that my saddle is straight. The moment i rotate the saddle slightly im almost sure it gets then better. Can this be possible? Was at a bike fit a week ago and think they rotated the saddle so its correctly allign. Also I think my bike is running at a lean meaning it is tilted slightly to the left when running on a smooth road as if more weight is on the right side of the bike? Any comment on how to solve please . Thank you Happy cycling
taito Posted May 16, 2015 Share Also check that the saddle is level. There are quite a few stretches for that, google hip flexor stretching. You might have had a skew seat but now that's its corrected you hips not happy. Flexor stretches
