yes I consider 100km a long ride.........

my morning rides are about 30-40km, weekend rides 50-75km. big events are all +/- 100km......... so I want something that's going to be comfortable on a 100km ride.

 

dont stress, Frankie is obvioulsy a pro.

Enjoy riding it and in the first 4 months I did more mileage than I did in 9 months on my previous bike.

 

Get the 1 you want is what someone mentioned here and thats what I did.

i want a 2015 giant tcr...same colour as my 2015 model anthem...the 2 woul;d look sweet hanging on the wall in my office...saw one today at solomons...with di2 groupset...but the owner didnt want to part with it.

I built this bike as is, for 16k from parts off the hub. Everything was near brand new. Climbs like a dream. Weighs just under 7kg without pedals, and thats with a heavy 400mm seatpost and aluminum stem and handlebars

Cant really go wrong with Giant.

As Dev mentioned you can build up a great bike from parts on the hub, I have done it twice and it was pretty straight forward.

There are lots of good deals, they generally arent around when you are looking though!
