Does a "top 10 team" mean you want to ride under 6hrs and have fun, or does it mean you're prepared to bleed from your eyeballs for a podium place? Do you want a team that waits if you're struggling, or a team that jettisons the weak without looking back? Since you're in Somerset West, I'd suggest you speak to the guys at William's Bike Shop - there are some locals that rode just under 5:30 for 10th place.
