Silverback Slade 3 upgrades

Hi all,

 

I recently bought a Silverback Slade 3 to get into MTB and am really enjoying it so far. The bike is completely standard apart from a tubeless upgrade. The bug has bitten and I am thinking of doing a few minor upgrades as far as brakes, gears, etc are concerned.

 

Can anyone offer any realistic (not too costly) upgrades which can make a worthwhile improvement to the bike, without going overboard.

 

These are the specs:

 

Shifters: Shimano Acera SL-M390, 3x9 Trigger, Black

• Front Derailleur: Acera FD-M390, Triple, Clamp-on 34.9mm, Black
• Rear Derailleur: Shimano Deore Shadow Tech RD-M592-SGS, Long Cage, 9 Speed
• Crankset: Shimano FC-M430-8, 44/32/22T, XS: 170mm, S/M/L: 175mm, Black
• Cassette: Shimano CS-HG20-9, 9 Speed, 11-34T, Silver
• Brake set: BRAKES Shimano BR-M447, Open Hydraulic System, Resin Pads, M445 Levers, Rotors Front: 180mm; Rear: 160mm, Centre Lock, Black

Hello. What fork does it have? My Slade 2 has a Rockshox Revelation Solo Air which I would recommend to upgrade to.

Fork and wheels. The most expensive, but most noticeable upgrade on most bikes. 

 

What fork and wheels does the bike have? 

 

Budget is also a big consideration.

I would start off with the wheels. If you want to go new I saw CWC had some good deals going on MTB.
