H2O Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 There are still some good people in the world. I did the 70k Bundu bash saturday and hadand crashed on a downhill rockie section. My bike ended up on top of me and I could not get up A fellow rider stopped,helped me up,made sure I am ok and then carried on with his race only to Fall him self a few meters later. I dont know who you are but I want to say thank you for helping!!

The good samaritan probably had his fall and was up and back on his bike before the OP could get to him. But now we're just assuming and to assume just makes an @ss out of u and me. Just a lttle add to this story; at the Ashburton Meerendal Ultra, Alban Lekata and Erik Kleinhans were in the lead, when Erik wiped out, Alban slowed down and waited for him to catch up! Erik still said in a post when he congratulated Alban, the fall did not influence his 2nd behind Alban at all,...apparently its a silent agreement between pro riders on oneday's... Imagine Absolon waited for Nino on Sunday,..well, he wouldve been 2nd then ????
H2O Posted June 2, 2015 Author Posted June 2, 2015 I got out of the way as it was singletrack and a long line of traffic,2 or 3 other cyclist past en then fell. He was up in 2 seconds
