Thanks to all those that do pay for the parking, it keeps a number people in a job.

 

The parking is mostly managed by a facilities management company, rather than the shopping centre management. They deal with the everything related to the equipment, eg. staff, equipment, cash, etc.

 

I don’t have too much insight into it, but one of the companies involved is a division within the same group I work for.

Spot on! I've been sussed some urban groad stuff up the hill and surrounds too.

We are looking at group rides, especially for the long term and with coffee shop and restaurant attached it just makes sense and there is much scope in what can be done.

We're open to partnering up with any clubs/groups who would like to run with this. Also seeking an operator for the coffee shop/restaurant setup, needs some energy.

 

Yea it was.... bloody gorgeous... but I am of the same mindset - wheels are a bit skinny and doesnt look like it would handle a drop well! If it came in a MTB version however....

That coffee shop used to be okay a few years ago, then service & more importantly the coffee went south, haven't tried it for a while, I used to grab a take away coffee there just about every day.

 

Main reason this is my goto hardware is generally I can find everything I need and the prices are good, say compared to Builders.
