2nd hand 2010 Carbon dual suspension

I am thinking of upgrading to a dual suspension from a hard tail and I have found what looks like a really good deal on a 2010 carbon frame bike. I don't know too much about carbon frames so I just wanted to ask if a 5 year old carbon frame will still have some life left in it? Some useful advice will be appreciated.

Carbon should be good to go if not damaged anywhere. Look for cracks and soft spots from impact damage. Cracks in the paint mean cracks in the material under the paint.

 

Look for impacts under the bb and downtube from rock strikes and check for frame damage from chain wear/jamming near the chainrings and frame at rear dropout.

 

Then check all other items as on any other 2nd hand bike.
