Any Garmin Guru's out there?

I got a 510 to replace my 500, set up ok, tested everything no issues.

 

Second ride, it wouldn't sync. Third ride, wouldn't sync. Found out from the internet that this is a known issue, changed from 3.40 to 3.50 and the sync worked perfectly, so that seems to be fixed.

 

Now the live track message sends from my phone to the email recipient, the map opens, but no track or data is visible. I have tried this on several different computers, no luck.

 

It worked 100% the first time I used it, but something has gone wrong since then. The only thing I know with reasonable certainty is that it has nothing to do with the 3.40 / 3.50 change, it didn't work with either.

 

I got the 510 mainly for the live tracking (wife giving me grief about riding alone), so I need to get it fixed.

 

Any suggestions?

They would be able to assist easily.

 

Had issue with the wife's 510, after firmware upgrade, took it in and had the unit replaced. No charge

 

(was out of warrantee by a couple of months)
