Plentipotential Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 Looking at buying a 2nd hand frame, Trance 29". Is the 11/4 x 11/2 taper going to be a problem to source a fork?
Brawler Posted July 13, 2015 Posted July 13, 2015 AFAIK overdrive2 isnt part of the frame, just the fork, headset and stem combo. So if you buy the frame only you have the usual options. It is like that on the 650b trance anyway.
Big John Posted July 14, 2015 Posted July 14, 2015 Won't be a problem. Get any fork and you just have to change the top bearing of the headset if it isn't a giant oem fork.
