Where is the best place to have a professional TT bike setup for triathlons?

don't know if there is a best place.i have had different setups either for mtb road and tt.the best post fit results has been for my tt setup .I used a guy called jono rumbellow who is the coach at embark north.dont have his contact details right now but you can find him via embark coaching's website.hope it helps.
