So I'd bought this SS bike off the Hub last year.  Had a 26" carbon rear wheel.  Turns out it's a rare SPIN MTB wheel from the 90s.    Thought it may look very nice on this baby.   But it'd have to be the front (rear is a 24") .   So it would need a machinist.

Before I go down that road, I want to make sure it'll gel well.   So I just did a basic mount.  That's how she looks.  Any thoughts?

That saxxy beast needs wheels with spokes. Lots of spokes.

Yup indeed - asymmetry can look supercool, and this carbon wheel had looked killa as the rear on the SS but just not gelling as the front on this beast. Unfortunately.

The creator of the frame, Vinorus, said maybe black (pref. bladed) spokes on the rear wheel may work with this wheel.. But that's an expensive experiment - that may not work.

Yeh I do like the lots of spokes too - will keep that on the burner.. and leave this carbon wheel as a rear on another build..
