Just have a look at results from Ashburton Marathon at Rooiberg this past weekend. Winner is a Vet and 2nd place Master. Youngsters came 3 & 4.

 

Here's an OOM much stronger now than he was 10 years ago,,,,just saying ,,,TITS,NUTRITION , WISDOM WITH AGE, SKILLS AND MORE TIME AVAILABLE TO TRAIN

 

KOPFOK, WITH THE OOMs helps too, the laaitjies don't know how lucky they are,,,youth is wasted on the young no doubt
