Admittedly not the most attractive trait, but we seem to be quite good at it. Or am I now being a glass half empty?No, definitely not a cultural thing really. It is just that a large section of the population align themselves with higher moral and ethical standards in the face of low achievements and performance. And no you're quite right, the frequency of complaining is increasing and for a reason. Cyril's request to be more positive speaks volumes of the failures in this current climate.
