Paulst12 Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 really? pepper spray?also passed through this morning. couldn't have been later than 7:15 and it was just trash and some reeds burning.seriously glad we missed the pepper spray!Yup, they pepper sprayed in the bluegum trees, and all it did was make the vagrants hurdle the wall next to old age home... the only ones to get it full force was the 4 of us!!!
