Cyclist killed

We were cycling Camps Bay way and saw the whole thing. There wasnt a car in sight so we pressumed it was a hit and run maybe or a truck that didint know he hit the guy. The bike (mtb) was a mess.

 

Can you perhaps tell us whether or not there was a wide yellow line or emergency lane on that road?

Bring back the DEATH Penalty, this type of Killer should face his maker and explain.

I rode with the bunch who went past the unfortunate cyclist. There is a

full road margin more than one car width wide. I still find it hard to

comprehend how anyone could have missed him. My only conclusion is the

driver was drunk.
