Silverback MTB advice please

Hi, Ive been looking at the Silverback range of mountain bikes and they seem to have reasonable specs compared to price. I know its a South African brand, but don't know how they compare to brands like Giant, Merida etc. in terms of quality and service. Would it be worthwhile? If anyone have any experience of them, please let me know. Thanx

they seem to be good value for money. heard the odd complaint about the full sus linkages but the hardtails seem alright.

The HardTails are very good value. I am considering the Sierra or Nabraska and there is nothing that compares with the specs at that price point.
