Where to get 20" presta tubes for ghetto tubeless?

What size wheel are you converting? it doesnt always need to be 20"

you really just need a decently tight fit, a 24" tube should also work and those are readily available.

Why ghetto though? I always found tape to work that much better.

Thanks, do 24" come more readily in presta though? My rim is quite a deep V, not sure that tape is going to build it up enough

They should be available from a bike shop.  I have a Kenda 20" presta tube which I got from the shop closest to me. Have seen them at others as well.

Thanks, they're surprisingly hard to get hold of, so I'm wondering what specific shops have then. Does your tube have a removable core?

Yup! standard presta removable core.  Got mine from Cycle Tech in Kyalami and have bought from Solomon's as well.  Someone down there must have them.  Best bet is a BMX orientated store.  You might try Gorilla tape if your spoke heads/nipples are counter sunk?  It is 25mm wide so should come up the sides quite a way.  Nice and thick too.
