Cyclone MTB, is that a good bike?

Does this bike good for MTB? Saw an ad from newspaper and wondering as I had not heard that name before. Please advise before wasting the money.

Never heard of it. The price should be a good indicator. The old adage comes to mind - you get what you pay for.
