The Cervelo importers/distributors in ZA have recently changed and I bought my Cervelo under the old regime from a different dealer but I digress. Whilst at Northcliff cycles, a crack in the frame was detected. Long story short, a claim was lodged with twowheelstrading/Cervelo and Cervelo approved a new frame.... kudos to Northcliff cycles, Alex and team that is superlative client service. Cervelo (twowheelstrading) ,top class client service. Sincerely humbled by such superlative customer service, thanks to Northcliff, twowheelstrading and Cervelo.
