Fr33rider Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 I'm coming down on Monday to visit the folks for 2 weeks, looking for some trail riding spots. Doubt anything remains of the trails I used to ride 15yrs back.

There are five different distances to choice from and there is a cafe there too. You can PM your email address and I will send you a map on how to get there. Safe to ride there by yourself. Lots of wild life to see. R20 to ride on wend and R10 to ride during the week. There is another new place close to 3 Silos that has just opened. I can send you directions on how to get there aswell
Rocket-Boy Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Silos will be a good bet, Hillview is also nice which is close by. If you are looking for decent distance then a loop of the red trail at silos followed by a ride to Hillview then that trail and back will do it.

Its not because everyone wants to but because there isnt anything decent that points downwards. The silos red route has some fun stuff and its 90% singletrack but like everything else here there isnt much along the lines of downhill.

But it's short and getting there is a pain.
