Road bike buying help

Hey guys. I have been riding mtb's for 3 years now and I am interested in getting a road bike. I will still be riding the mtb more often so I am not looking for a top of the range road bike, just something that is good quality. I see guys posting about 10 and 11 speed what's the best choice there with a budget of 10-15k?

Keep your eyes on the classifieds here. You can get a nice 2nd hand bike for 15k.
