Slightly, yes, but only on the contact patch, not at the clearance areas. Remember there's no pressure / deformation of the tyre at the chainstays / seatstays.
Odinson Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Okay. So next question. Would the 29mm not be the goldilocks between providing more grip, but not squaring the tyre off to the point where it becomes draggy? I know this is obviously tyre dependent
