frikkels01 Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 I am considering buying one of the above road bikes. Both have good specs (ultegra on the CR 1 & Shimano 105 on the Addict). The Addict has a slightly lighter frame but cost about R2000 more. Anybody who have experience of any of these bikes?
gummibear Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 CR1 has a more relaxed geometry than Addict so a little more comfortable on longer rides.CR1 has a few better bits...Ultegra shifters.Unless you planning on winning races go with the CR1.

Cippo Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 As gummi says, depends on what kind of rider you are. Everyone could possibly fit on a CR1 but not everyone can fit on an Addict or Foil. It all comes down to geometry. You will find the CR1 has a taller headtube than Addict for less flexible riders.
