Shimano SPD Shoe Shields

I'm looking for a Shimano version of these "shoe shields" - or "thingys-that-protect-your-shoes-from-cleat-wear". Can anyone point me in a direction? My Google SkillzTM is letting me down.

Oops, I read too quickly, but they do look very similar. If they don't work maybe custom ones could be made by someone who has a laser cutter. Or maybe even cut a set out of plastic using a craft knife.

I'm just going on the fact that at any given point in time, only 2 of the screws are ever utilised for both cleat standards. And the cutouts seem as if they would fit the same shape as the Shimano ones...
