Shrek1 Posted February 15, 2016 Share Hi guys what's your take on the 2015 TREK superfly FS 7 as a trail / marathon bike?
Rick Sanchez Posted February 15, 2016 Share Looking at it from a purely marathon and xc perspective, this bike seems perfect. But if you are looking for something more forgiving and with more travel, maybe consider something like the Specialized Camber (or whatever Trek's similar offering is). Has a bit more travel and more trail-oriented geometry, but will still be a good marathon bike. But if you are looking to get from A to B as fast as possible, then the Superfly will be good. I bought one for XC but I have entered a marathon 247km race and I was in two minds if I should use the hard tail or the dual suss

Your body will take a beating on the hardtail
