Only one I really care about, especially now that I'm after a new carbon Tracer 275.

But I hear the brand may come in shortly.

Ja, I also heard noises of them coming back. For the moment my old alu 26 inch Tracer will just have to do. Should check out the new Spider 275c....jummy....

Most brands are tied up with a local distributor preventing anyone else importing the brand into the country. It's always been like that and will remain so.

The issue is the local distributors don't actively promote the brand, carry stock or provide after sales service. Sorry to use Xxxxxx (the saddle and accessory manufacturer) but is a typical example.

As consumers we need to take the time and effort to complain to the brand owner/manufacturer regarding the poor service delivered by the local distributor. They in turn place pressure on the distributor. If they are not aware of the problems they can't fix the issue.

This is so true, I really can't handle bad customer service.
