But I'll take any good feedback I can get to restore my ego...

One of the major reasons I don't support online retailers is that generally one doesn't get a feel for the people behind the retailer. I think I cannot say that of buycycle.co.za. I have seen a thread or two in which Christian has dealt openly and honestly with hubbers and now you in this thread. And to be honest I think this thread was definitely more having a laugh at a honest mistake than outright criticism. Besides it's the Bikehub, some stuff just need to get taken with a large dose of salt.

 

If it's any consolation should I ever feel the need to use an online retailer, you guys would be the first stop.

Sadly I won't be making any bike related purchases this month. Got a family weekend away as a birthday gift and will most likely be up in Saldahna to start another 4 month contract. So perhaps after that I might have a look.
