Squier Posted April 29, 2016 Share I've had very bad experiences with Hot Spot. Bought my first three bikes there back in the day and was an avid supporter, but their services let me down just too many times in big ways. So, if you do go there, just keep that in mind. I now use Conrad from www.mybicyclemechanic.co.za. Most mechanics can do minor services (sleeves, etc.) on shocks but if you need major work done I'd suggest getting the specialists involved. Many regard Stoke Suspension Works as the leaders in SA. They're based in Cape Town though. Many LBS' send to them anyway.
