According to the website these are the stations and looks like DSTV is one of them http://www.tourderomandie.ch/en/public-information/diffusion-tv/ But tbh its Swiss...they probably charge double for the TV rights and none of the stations will pay that much (just a guess on my part) I'm lucky to get the last hour live on the local Swiss TV with real crappy commentary
