Thanks all ... I am a photogragher (as a serious amateur) so know exactly what you all have described as a slipperly slope in terms of chasing technology...

 

I am more comfortable now in what the next purchases should be - including shorts which I always forget but assume parts of me (yes THAT part) will quickly remind me on any ride of decent distance :whistling:

Much good advice given already , so just go and enjoy your bike for now .
