Bike rack for Morewood Izumi?

So my izumi does not fit on the bike rack,what can i get that will fit the bike for R500 secondhand?as you can see its to narrow

You can get frame adapters that go around your stem and seatpost making a bar for going into the rack nicely. I have one for my small frame bicycle that didnt fit on my bike rack and now works perfectly  

also not too expensive from what I remember - Buzzrack and Thule both make them.
