Magnetic clip for hydration pack

Anyone have any DIY tips for a magnetic clip for my hydration pack?

 

the only one i can find to purchase is madly priced

I got some of the First Ascent ones at Sportmans Warehouse for less than R100 a while back. Don't know if they still stock them, but worth having a look.

You could get some modelling magnet sheets and then stitch them to the place you want to attach the hose, then glue a washer or something metal to the hose itself... Ghetto solution, but it should work.
