Specifically looking for some very chilled farmroads/jeep track riding - nothing too hectic or technical as going with the missus who is still finding her feet... Anyone who knows the area please let me know! TIA

Stellies is great, but from what you've said I would head out to Oak Valley or Paul Cluver just outside Grabouw. Beautiful scenery, well-marked trails and several distance and technical level options.

TIAsolms delta wine farm is lank chilled, matoppie is a forestry area run by the local mtb clubboschendal has their own routesotherwise there's banhoekconservancy and simonsberg conservancy. LOADS of options.
