Driver subsequently arrested and culpable homicide case being investigated. Condolences to his loved ones. Anybody know of exact location of accident?

Gail Leonov Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 it was on viking road by the bridge, just before the off ramp to Jan Smuts and Pinelands .This tragic scene played on my mind since we road passed it on Sunday morning on our way to church.
