Jump bike / trails

Howzit all. OK so my son (7 years old, 33kg and 1.35m) has all but destroyed his 24inch avalanche mtb, he is rough on his bikes but he pushing them to the edge, he wants to do more "tricks and jumps" and I wanted to ask all what's a good combo bike I could look at, I believe you get jump bikes with forks and gears (1x6) type of things, he will want to hit the jumps and burms one day and then a 20km trail ride the next. Would prefer to have one bike if possible. I also note there is little in terms of 24inch bike selection so if he goes onto a jump bike would prob have to be a small adult frame. Any advise chaps?

It's the type of bike you're laaitie can ride for the next 3 years and can withstand a hell of a lot of abuse.

Nice bike but ain't dropping R30k on a 7 years old bike lol

Maybe look and something like a Giant stp and then make a cheap 1x 6/7 acera groupo

 

 

 

best i can think off , because they way you say he rides he will probs destroy a general kids bike pretty easy
