Matuka Posted August 23, 2016 Share Hello allI was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to ride at Suikerbosrand now. I know they were closed for a while. If I recall it used to open at 7:30am and cost about R40 for a day entry and you could cycle the loop road. I am keen to head out there sometime but dont want to go all that way to turn around again! Thanks!

Matuka Posted August 23, 2016 Share I'm excited but scared. Does anyone know how safe the day visitors spot is half way around the course. I mean is it safe for the wife and little kids to spend the morning there by themselves? It is quite isolated so just wanted to check.

As long as I don't get chicked again Head winds were a bit nasty last weekend. My times are getting better which means the legs are slowly getting there...SBR rocks, on tar.... scotty

Broker Posted August 23, 2016 Share Done the loop a few times - great training and very safe as far as traffic is concerned. Does anybody know if there is some MTB trails in the reserve
