You've been given a price further up - for the stanchion only, it's R5k. For that price I'd look at getting a completely new 2nd hand well looked after Reba / Revelation.

The seal popping is not necessarily due to it standing. If that stanchion is the air spring side, when the bottom of the stanchion broke off the air shaft would have blown out into the lower legs and the compressed air (now not contained) would have blown the seal out.

 

As to a price, ±R5000.00 not sure if yours is the standard or world cup version (world cup has a carbon crown and will be ±R8000 maybe more) for a new set of uppers if you fork is a solo air. If you have the last dual air sid (2012 model) then it's going to cost more as I'm pretty sure you will need to replace the air shaft as well making it a solo air.

It the bushes are damaged in the lower legs add another ±R5000 and in this case you might as well look for a new fork.
