Thanks, much appreciated. Did not even think about that. I emailed 3D printers nearby to estimate/price the second link.

If you do get it, let me know how it works for you. I got an out-front combo mount yesterday, with only Garmin or Wahoo adapters of course, but they look like they could be copies of k-edge adapters.

I just ordered/paid for 3 in Black ABS for ~R110. Should be able to collect it in 2-3 days. Will confirm how it works.

I realised this morning that Canyon charge ~$100+ just for delivery of the Garmin adapter :(

Will scan ebay/other H36 options tonight. (Let me know if you got those you mention online please.)

EDIT 2: https://www.lazada.com.my/products/rec-mounts-type31-garmin-combo-mount-for-canyon-h11h36-aerocockpit-with-the-lower-part-adapter-310-gmgpjapan-import-i114965903-s118347962.html?spm=a2o4k.searchlist.list.1.33f21ebaMAQqQV&search=1

Jeezz these stuff is expensive - that Lazada option is ~R1200! Is it normal?

The printing place has R&D/prototyping services as well. Will confirm onsite during collection how much they need to create a print file for a single item directly from H36 to Lyzene as well

The Rec-mounts actually have a Lezyne adapter/mount, but if I remember correctly the shipping, to SA at least, fell in the "Hahaha, yeah, no" category (ie. more than the mount itself).

The mount I have looks similar to this one. I just need to check the dimensions of the included adapters. Hopefully one of the printed options will work.

The 3D printed ABS version would ~work, but it is definitely not as tight a fit as the original base.

I don't think ABS is the right material for the 'horisontal bar' (one of the 3 printed components):

It is a lot more flexible than the original - so it is much easier to put in (and probably to bounce out)

Something that is more worrying is a diagonal corner-to-corner play when wiggle it with my fingers. This might rattle during a ride. This wiggle disappear if I press my finger from the bottom against the plastic beam part.

It should be possible to improve both of these issues with a small change in the design - it require more 'meat'/material at the bottom of the 'beam' to make it thicker - There are space for that at the bottom. I will try to glue some other plastics on and see what difference it makes. Alternatively the beam part can be cut/filed from a flat piece of aluminium/steel and then glued in between the two bigger ABS parts.

I will PM you my phone / whatsup number - I can send you pics/video of the behavior I tried to describe.. if you want

Sounds like the design needs some refinement or DIY. I'll message you for the images etc.

I also want to see if I can get some extra normal bar/stem mounts for the Lezyne. I need an extra for the MTB anyway, and I wouldn't be too surprised if I could tie or glue one to this cheap out-front mount.

But I do want to try the 3D printed idea as well, should be the neatest option (plus it is simply cool:) )

So for those who have one of these, I see the stable app has FINALLY been updated (previous non-beta release was October last year, if I remember correctly), which fixes a lot of things, and adds quite a few features - including offline mapping, where you can download the map for a select-able area, and then use the routes for that area without an internet connection.
